Work Based Learning ProgrammeThe Work Based Learning programme provides those employed in the private sector that are living and/or working within West Wales and the Valleys, the opportunity to study towards a University accredited course that is relevant to the employer and the business they work for.  Projects that are part of this programme are:

Elevate Cymru ELEVATE Cymru Project aims to build a Pan Wales approach to the leadership and management high level skills needs of micro, small and medium to large sized businesses. 
Health and Wellbeing at wortk A pan-Wales programme, part-funded by WEFO, the ‘Health and Wellbeing at Work Project’ was developed to give businesses in the private and third sector the competitive edge. The project offers funded places to eligible individuals, on accredited short modules that allow applicants to progress to further qualifications, and enhance professional development and personal wellbeing.

OPUS is a work-based learning project offering unique courses to enhance creativity and design skills using electronics and light technologies.  Even with no prior knowledge participants will be amazed at how quickly they can learn on these short, accredited, hands-on courses.  In a unique learning environment we will challenge your imagination and ingenuity like no other course can.

TILT (Training in Languages and Translation) offers language training to businesses including improving translation skills.
